Requirements

• Previous food and beverage experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with cash handling preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Experience with the following software applications: OpenTable, Canva, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide general assistance with F&B management and administrative needs.
• Assist with redesigning F&B menus and signs using InDesign and Canva.
• Keep up with e-mail and phone guest communication in a timely manner.
• Provide OpenTable restaurant account maintenance and support.
• Book private dining events, and coordinate the events with Restaurant managers and Culinary Team.
• Create REOs and process CC Authorizations through Sertify.
• Communicate efficiently with Restaurant and Culinary Leadership to send out a weekly forecast.
• Assist with pop-up amenities.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Inform hotel/resort associates of F&B events and updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on guest problems and complaints.
• Reply to guest reviews on OpenTable and Revinate.
