About The Position
SA Hospitality Group is seeking exceptional and authentic individuals to join their team of restaurant professionals at Sant Ambroeus Southampton for the busy summer season. They are looking for Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) candidates who are passionate about hospitality, have a strong affinity for high-quality Italian cuisine and beverages, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. This is an in-person open call for seasonal positions, requiring availability from June through the beginning of October 2026.
Requirements
- Must be available to work from June through the beginning of October 2026.
- Must submit satisfactory proof of employment authorization and identity to complete Form I-9 within 72 hours of commencing work.

Responsibilities
- Serve guests with high-quality Italian cuisine and beverages.
- Maintain a dynamic work environment.
- Perform duties related to various front-of-house roles including Servers, Bussers, Bartenders, Runners, Counter Attendants/Barista, and Hosts.
- Perform duties related to back-of-house roles including Line Cooks.
