About The Position

We are looking for a Restaurant Reservations Coordinator/Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Latitudes Restaurant. The Restaurant Reservations Coordinator position is responsible in assisting in the efficient operational functions of the restaurant, restaurant bar & lounge, and special events. The Restaurant Reservations Coordinator will provide efficient and legible service to all guests in a professional manner in harmony with the restaurant's service standards.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
1+ year in related field of restaurant, banquets, and hospitality is preferred
Stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to handle physical activity including bending, lifting up to 25-30 pounds, and other strenuous activities
Must maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the guest experience
Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Answer Phone calls, reply to emails, check & answer phone messages
Handle communication with large parties wanting to dine at Latitudes
Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, including special requests, dietary restrictions, and event details.
Monitor reservation system to manage table assignments and optimize seating capacity.
Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested.
Communicate reservation details to the front-of-house team, kitchen staff, and management.
Address reservation conflicts or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Resolve guest complaints related to reservations or seating arrangements.
Communicate effectively with staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guest
Other duties as assigned
