The iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, a Dorchester Collection property, is unveiling a series of exceptional food and beverage venues slated to open this December – a glamourous Supper Club, chic Lobby Café, and a world-class Hotel Bar. These new outlets will showcase a variety of culinary concepts and elevated cocktail moments enhanced by live entertainment. Join a historic legacy and lead the first major transformation of The Beverly Hills Hotel since the 1940s. As a part of this landmark expansion, you will help to bring these captivating new outlets to life. This rare opportunity invites you to bring fresh, modern flair to the "Pink Palace," blending the hotel’s timeless heritage with forward momentum to maintain its enduring relevancy and set a new benchmark in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all reservation bookings, requests and confirmations.
• Controlling the flow of work in the room by seating requests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists.
• Following and enforcing all restaurant standards.
• Working closely with the Director of Restaurants and Bars and The Supper Club General Manager to manage the reservations booking and all guest requests.
• Selling the restaurants to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Being knowledgeable with regards to operating hours of all food and beverage outlets, any promotions/events.
• Advising managers and servers of any VIP’s questions and/or specific service needs to guarantee requests are fulfilled.
• Reporting and working with other positions to correct imperfections and blemishes.
• Communicating with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure alignment.
