Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh ingredients with precision, consistency, and care.
  • Wash, chop, portion, and organize vegetables, meats, seafood, and other ingredients.
  • Prepare sauces, dressings, soups, and other recipes according to our standards.
  • Keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and ready for busy lunch and dinner services.
  • Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and labeling.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
  • Work closely with our line cooks and chefs to keep service running smoothly.
