The Restaurant & Pool Manager will supervise, guide, and train restaurant and pool associates, ensuring they perform their job duties effectively. This role involves scheduling, evaluating, and directing all restaurant personnel, including disciplinary actions when necessary. The manager will maintain open communication between management and associates, ensure adequate inventory of supplies, and establish and review liquor procedures for security and accountability. Participation in various meetings, including monthly department meetings, property MOD programs, weekly staff meetings, and monthly food and supplies inventory, is expected. A key responsibility is maintaining high sanitation levels and operating standards for the restaurant.
