About The Position
This position involves performing root cause analysis on supply chain data to improve customer and distribution center inventory planning. Key responsibilities include direct interaction with customers to manage and generate orders, providing support for special requests, and assisting various departments within the Distribution Center. The role also requires the use of specialized software to validate store orders and actively resolve any errors or omissions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

Responsibilities
- Complete root cause analysis of supply chain data to identify actions needed to positively impact customer and distribution center inventory planning
- Respond to and interface directly with customers regarding their orders; generate customer orders
- Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments in the Distribution Center as needed
- Utilize specialized software to validate store orders
- Actively analyze store orders and resolve any errors or omissions
- Other duties as assigned
