Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a “Do Whatever It Takes Attitude” and a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Use leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspect the establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of paperwork, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
