Restaurant Manager (Beverage Manager-Fine Dining)
About The Position
Truluck’s is seeking Fine Dining Beverage Manager candidates who will dedicate themselves to exceptional hospitality as a member of our leadership team. The Beverage Manager leads multiple departments and assists the General Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant. Successful candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership-type role within the high-end restaurant industry and a proven record of success managing robust beverage programs.
