Truluck's is seeking a Fine Dining Beverage Manager to join their leadership team. This role is responsible for leading multiple departments and assisting the General Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to exceptional hospitality and have a proven record of success managing robust beverage programs. Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership-type role within the high-end restaurant industry.
- Proven record of success managing robust beverage programs.
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
- High energy with the talent and drive of a General Manager.
- Serious talent.
- Passion for fine wine and spirits.
