About The Position

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and provide superior service and guest satisfaction. The role includes training, motivating, and coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and promoting the brand in the local community. The manager helps ensure a positive, collaborative work environment and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Requirements

2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
Understanding of the financial aspects of business operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
