About The Position

Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, California, is hiring a Restaurant Manager. This restaurant is a collaboration between Dior and three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn, offering an elevated dining experience inspired by seasonal ingredients, artistic presentation, and iconic fashion and cultural influences. The Restaurant Manager will lead service from the dining room floor, setting the tone for the guest experience while coaching and developing the team. This hands-on role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for hospitality excellence. The goal is to ensure every guest experience reflects the sophistication, creativity, and refinement that define the Monsieur Dior concept.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a full-service restaurant with similar volume, capacity and standard of service
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Responsible Beverage Service certifications
  • Strong fine dining wine and spirits knowledge
  • Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for front-of-house service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
  • Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for corrections needed
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks, menu maintenance, handling reservations, ordering and inventory, and executing events
