About The Position

The Shannon Rose Irish Pub is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a lively, high-volume pub environment. The role focuses on delivering warm Irish hospitality, excellent guest experiences, great food, and quality beverages while supporting the restaurant’s operational and financial performance. The manager hires, trains, schedules, and supervises staff; maintains service standards; manages opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory, and cost controls; and contributes to business planning and sales growth. The position is based in Clifton, New Jersey.

Requirements

Current restaurant management experience is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy pub setting.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pub operations to ensure great food, quality beverages, and excellent hospitality.
