About The Position

The Shannon Rose Irish Pub is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to lead with energy, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support daily restaurant operations in a fun, high-volume pub environment. The role oversees pub operations, staff, service standards, inventory, costs, and financial performance while helping foster a positive and energetic workplace.

Requirements

Prior current restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy pub setting.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pub operations to ensure great food, perfect pints, and excellent hospitality.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage opening and closing procedures.
Handle ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
Support financial performance and help drive sales.
Participate in short- and long-term business planning.
Lead by example and foster a positive, energetic work environment.
