The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations, including driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction. This role also oversees the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests at all times, understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff, and perform all other duties as assigned.
