About The Position

Panera Bread is seeking talented restaurant leaders for the role of Restaurant Manager. This position offers a flexible schedule that allows for work/life balance, focusing on serving quality food and connecting with guests. Panera Bread has 54 cafes across Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester county, and the Hudson Valley, and is looking for motivated individuals to join their team.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager
Fast casual and/or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
A Passion for the food service industry and MUST be a People First Person.
Flexibility to commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location
Authorization to work in the USA

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the daily restaurant business, including delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service.
Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation, and maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Create a friendly atmosphere for guests to meet friends, celebrate special occasions, or complete work projects while enjoying a meal.
Invest in and develop cafe teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.
