About The Position

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will combine people leadership and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. The role leads people and executes all store operations, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities. Home office support is available 24/7. Requirements

• At least 2 years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours per week across five 10-hour shifts.
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude and dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities
