About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join the opening leadership team for our newest restaurant location. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new restaurant, build a strong team from the ground up, and grow your career with an established and expanding restaurant group. As a Manager, you will play a key role in daily operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational execution. We are looking for hands-on leaders who lead from the floor, support their teams, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality every day.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Proven ability to lead busy shifts and motivate teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • High-volume restaurant experience
  • Experience in training and developing team members
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and restaurant systems
  • New restaurant opening experience is a plus
