About The Position

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Little Rock area. The ideal Restaurant Manager will work alongside the General Manager to oversee all front- and back-of-house operations, manage P&L cost centers, direct local marketing, maintain optimal staffing and training, and actively resolve guest complaints to build customer loyalty. Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a Full Service concept
High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $2 million per year in sales
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

Responsibilities

Partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations across both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH).
Monitor and manage profit-and-loss (P&L) performance and cost centers.
Drive local community engagement by assisting with neighborhood marketing and advertising initiatives.
Oversee recruitment, optimal staffing levels, and comprehensive employee training across all job functions.
Work with leadership to swiftly resolve guest complaints and transform negative experiences into long-term customer loyalty.
