Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in the Broomfield area for a new store opening! The ideal Restaurant General Manager is a guest-focused, results-driven leader who develops strong teams, drives financial performance, upholds brand standards, and ensures operational excellence in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a full service or upscale casual concept
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations while consistently championing our mission, vision, and values
Prioritize exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial performance and brand standards
Recruit, train, and develop a strong leadership pipeline at every level of the restaurant
Oversee staffing, payroll, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation
Hold management and service teams accountable for operational excellence, performance, and consistent execution
