Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Edison in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. We are looking for a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for guest service, and a proven ability to lead from the floor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be a visible and hands-on presence on the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional service standards, fostering positive guest interactions, and creating memorable dining experiences. Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing service issues and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Scheduling and assigning tasks for service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
• Assist with team member training, monitor their performance, and keep open communication for needed corrections
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and bar inventory
