• Ensure a great Guest experience.

• Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives.

• Drive business results by using Chili's systems to control costs effectively.
• Follow operational systems, including the Manager Timeline, and perform quality Line Checks.
• Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for larger roles.
• Drive Guest engagement in the restaurant and develop relationships within the community.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
