Requirements

Must have fine dining experience.
Must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner, practice the RICH philosophy.
Firm, fair and consistent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Apply policies and procedures in a professional manner.
Manage all administrative duties including scheduling of staff, performance reviews, attendance, exception and variance tracking, daily shift reports, checkbooks, coaching and counseling, interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
Must have considerable wine, beer and cocktail knowledge.
Continuously review operations; identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement; assess staff performance, provide frequent coaching, and constructive feedback.
Train and develop staff on guest service standards and principles, effective communication and sales techniques, RBS alcohol awareness and sanitation best practices.
Conduct daily walk-through of facility; focus on aesthetics, organization, compliance and preventative maintenance.
Master the point of sale, requisitioning, table management, and time and attendance systems.
Maintain accurate inventories of all beverage and service supplies and equipment. Order products as needed.
Develop and manage budgets to ensure profitability and effective cost control.
Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
Review the monthly P&L financial report, research any irregularities, make recommendations and complete the P&L Variance Report.
Perform table visitations with guests.
Attend scheduled meetings and required training.
Supervise a total of 14 employees in the assigned restaurant. Is responsible for the overall Repair/Maintenance needs, cleanliness, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the C ² Steak and Seafood Restaurant. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Conducts monthly beverage inventory, settles variance reports, and updates theoreticals daily.
