About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, guest-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee a full-service, upscale restaurant within a hotel environment. This role will lead operations for the main restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, financial performance, team development, and service execution. Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
Proven ability to lead and develop both management and hourly teams.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, inventory control, and financial performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, P&L management, and cost controls.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a leadership team.
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house team members.
Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and staffing to support business needs.
Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, liquor laws, and company standards.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and operational reporting.
Partner with hotel leadership to execute events, promotions, and property-wide initiatives.
Conduct pre-shift meetings, performance coaching, and regular team development.
