We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our restaurant operations within a private, high-paced club environment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences while driving financial performance, maintaining best-in-class service standards, and fostering a positive, professional team culture. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing member satisfaction, managing day-to-day F&B operations, and consistently meeting or exceeding membership expectations. The Restaurant Manager embodies a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. As a key leader, you will work closely with the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, senior leadership, and all front-of-house Associates to develop menus, manage purchasing, conduct training, and implement strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and member satisfaction. You will monitor member feedback, resolve concerns proactively, and continuously improve the overall dining experience.
