About The Position

Pepp & Dolores is hiring an experienced Front of the House Manager for its new Deerfield location. The Hourly Manager assists with the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality, and hospitality. The role is suited to someone passionate about growing alongside the restaurant group and reports directly to the General Manager.

The position requires continuous movement and regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. It also requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Requirements

• Experienced Front of the House Manager.
• Ability to regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Develop team members and hold them accountable to the company’s standards.
• Execute taste plates to ensure the highest quality of food product.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Implement and manage Thunderdome Restaurant Group standards and expectations.
• Ensure exceptional service to guests.
