Assists the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Participates in the achievement of restaurant objectives. Ensures ethical business practices. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• At least two years of management experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain by the end of training
