Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all of the restaurant operations and marketing.
• Ensure spaces are welcoming and feel alive.
• Supervise and coach associates.
• Order supplies and work with the media team to promote and drive business.
• Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
• Drive and deliver the company culture of taking care of team members and providing award-winning customer service.
• Be a champion of the cultural pillars: You Belong, We Care, and Shine Bright.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in the restaurant.
• Ensure food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food.
• Document inventory, forecast usage, and monitor supply so that restaurants are stocked with linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments, to provide service.
