About The Position

Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the nightly operations of the Watt Lounge & Restaurant. You will ensure the lounge -restaurant success by managing bartenders, cooks and servers while monitoring customer satisfaction, and making sure that all food and beverages are ordered in the correct quantities, quality of the product to ordered and per the SOPs of the lounge-restaurant.

Requirements

  • Min. 1 years previous restaurant supervisor or management experience required; hotel food and beverage preferred.
  • Bartender experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Greet guests nightly and ensure proper seating.
  • Respond to customer-guest issues or concerns.
  • Manage the activity at the bar.
  • Ensure proper beverage controls nightly.
  • Oversee Live Jazz on Friday & Saturday nights.
  • Manage inventory of food and supplies nightly and assist in the month end close.
  • Conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Close final sales records and prepare nightly operations reports.
  • Train new team members.
  • Organize employee schedules with requests off per the F&B Director.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Director or Hotel General Manager.
