About The Position

Stock Bar is a full-service, multi-level restaurant with a guest capacity of 300, created through a unique partnership between Terroni and Cumbrae’s. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our passionate team. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of steps of service and commitment to service excellence
  • Proficient in FOH scheduling
  • Experience with POS systems (Sylverware preferred)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving environments
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead, engage, and motivate large teams
  • Passion for guest interaction and floor presence
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Wine knowledge or certification is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team daily.
