About The Position

The Restaurant Manager assists the General Manager and Chef with the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. This role is accountable for supervising, organizing, and operating the Front and Back of House Teams while ensuring Guests receive genuine hospitality. The successful candidate demonstrates excellence in food, beverage, service, and hospitality; is committed to developing themselves and others; and supports the Team as they take care of Guests. The manager works in both FOH and BOH rotations as scheduled and must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

At least one year of restaurant or hospitality experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict and mentor hourly team members.
Successful completion of the corporate training program.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
