As the Front of House Restaurant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in launching and operating Bellfire, a new upscale dining concept located inside The Lawrence Hotel, a Hilton Tapestry Collection lifestyle hotel in the heart of Downtown Lawrenceville. Bellfire is envisioned as a vibrant gathering place where elevated dining, handcrafted cocktails, refined hospitality, and memorable experiences come together in a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere. As the leader of the front of house experience, you will help shape the culture, service standards, and guest reputation of one of Gwinnett County’s most anticipated restaurant openings. You are the orchestrator of the guest experience, setting the tone, leading the team, and ensuring every detail reflects the level of service expected in a refined, high quality restaurant environment. Bellfire will feature approximately 128 seats across indoor dining, bar seating, and outdoor patio experiences, with expanded capacity approaching 200 guests during private dining events and special programming. You will oversee daily front of house operations, guide and develop your team, and partner closely with culinary leadership to deliver a polished yet inviting dining experience rooted in genuine hospitality.
