Requirements
- Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced setting.
- A natural leader and problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- A guest-first mentality and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts – we’re a 24/7, 365-day operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations with a hands-on, motivational approach.
- Ensure every customer leaves happy by delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing crew.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain financial accountability to drive efficiency and profitability.
