About The Position

Chick -fil -A Davenport is hiring a Guest Experience Manager to lead evening operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who loves developing people, leading leaders, and creating remarkable guest moments in a fast -paced environment. You’ll oversee 30+ team members and 5 leaders, setting the tone for hospitality, performance, and culture from 2:00 pm through close.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
  • Experience leading teams and developing people
  • Availability from 2:00 pm – close

Responsibilities

  • Own the guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop FOH leaders and team members
  • Oversee training, execution, and accountability for night operations
  • Drive speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
  • Partner with other leaders to improve results and team culture
