About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick -fil -A. This is a hands -on operational leadership role where you will own the guest experience, lead leaders, and drive excellence on the front lines. You will be empowered to make decisions, develop people, and elevate hospitality while working alongside an Owner/Operator and receiving world -class leadership support from Chick -fil -A.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in a fast -paced, guest -facing environment
Proven ability to train, coach, and develop leader
Confident communicator with strong command presence during busy shifts
Full -time open availability including Friday & Saturday
Passion for hospitality excellence and alignment with Chick -fil -A’s values

Responsibilities

Leading Front of House operations with a sharp focus on speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
Coaching and developing a high -performance leadership team to confidently run high -performing shifts
Managing a team of 50+ by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable to high standards
Ensuring peak -period excellence by maintaining strong throughput in Drive -Thru, Mobile Thru, and Front Counter
Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
Partnering cross -functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless guest experiences
Maintaining a clean, safe environment that promotes food safety and team safety at all times
