About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you will own the guest experience, lead leaders, and drive excellence on the front lines. You will be empowered to make decisions, develop people, and elevate hospitality while working alongside an Owner/Operator and receiving world-class leadership support from Chick-fil-A. Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop leader
  • Confident communicator with strong command presence during busy shifts
  • Full-time open availability including Friday & Saturday
  • Passion for hospitality excellence and alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values
