Responsibilities

  • Focused on performance, productivity, and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
  • Is truly passionate about floor presence, engaging with guests, and excited about consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise serving staff (servers, hosts, and server assistants)
  • Demonstrate exemplary leadership to lead and motivate the service staff, fostering productivity and organization.
  • Supervise seating and waitlist times to ensure accuracy
  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality
  • Ensures consistent, high quality service standards are maintained.
  • Partner with other management to ensure a positive and collaborative environment when leading by example
  • Recognizes the significance of holding people accountable, while maintaining a constructive workplace atmosphere that fosters teamwork, transparent communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
