About The Position
JINYA Ramen Bar is growing on Long Island and is building the leadership teams for its new Massapequa Park and East Meadow restaurants. They are looking for experienced restaurant leaders to join their team. Open interviews are held every Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the JINYA Ramen Bar in Lake Grove, NY. Walk-ins are welcome, but current restaurant management experience is required. Candidates can also apply online if they cannot attend the open interviews.
Requirements
- Must have 1+ year of restaurant management experience
- Passion for hospitality and developing teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
