Requirements

• Ability to use calipers, rulers, and tape measure
• Ability to enter data into a computer
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automated CNC machines
• Experience with machine setup and tooling
• Experience with diagnosing and solving machine issues

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut/shape materials
• Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed
• Enter Data into computer
• Start Machine and Monitor the process
• Adjust feed and speed
• Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure
• Make small adjustments
• Solve problems by diagnosing issues
• Meet company-wide continuous improvement goals.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards.
