As a Restaurant Maintenance Supervisor, you play a critical role in keeping our restaurants running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. By leading skilled maintenance teams and guiding preventative strategies across multiple locations, you help ensure our restaurants are always ready to serve communities with pride. In this role, you Make a Difference by protecting uptime, food safety, and guest experience through reliable facilities and equipment. You Serve with Heart by coaching and developing technicians, supporting restaurant teams, and responding with urgency when it matters most. You Win as One by partnering closely with Operations, vendors, and cross functional teams to solve problems and drive consistency. And you Move Forward Boldly by improving processes, embracing data driven decisions, and leading maintenance strategies that evolve with our growing brand. This role is field based, supporting restaurants across an assigned market or region. You’ll travel frequently to partner with Operations, provide onsite support, and maintain strong relationships with leaders and teams in the field. When not traveling, you’ll work from your home office, balancing independent work with virtual collaboration to support ongoing business needs. Success in this role requires fulltime availability, flexibility to adjust to evolving operational priorities, and the ability to travel regularly—including day trips, overnight travel, and extended market visits. While most travel will occur within your assigned market or region, some out of market support may be required based on business needs. Candidates must reside within the region they support and be able to travel throughout that area as needed.
