About The Position
We are a family of local McDonald’s Owner/Operators with 19 years of success, and we’re looking to hire a Company Equipment Specialist to oversee equipment maintenance across our restaurants in North Georgia, North Alabama, and the Greater Chattanooga area. Unlike many employers, we prioritize taking care of our people — and we're seeking someone who will take the same level of pride in their work. As a Restaurant Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of all our restaurant locations.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail: You have an eye for cleanliness and can keep our locations looking pristine.
- Work Ethic & Integrity: You take pride in your work and act with integrity.
- Physical Stamina: This role requires physical work and being both indoors and outdoors.
Nice To Haves
- Basic Maintenance Skills: Previous experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lawn Care & Landscaping: Mulching, weed-eating, and general groundskeeping.
- Pressure Washing & Cleaning: Keeping building exteriors, windows, and roofs looking clean and professional.
- General Handyman Work: Repairing tile, fixing doors, lot striping, painting, minor plumbing, etc.
