About The Position

Mission Yogurt is hiring a Full-Time Line Cook for Root Down at Denver International Airport. We are looking for an experienced full-service restaurant line cook who has knowledge of working in a professional kitchen. If you've successfully worked grill and fry stations in a medium- to high-volume full-service restaurant and take pride in cooking high-quality food with speed, consistency, and accuracy, this might be the place for you. As a Line Cook, you'll prepare menu items to recipe specifications, execute multiple stations during service, maintain food safety standards, and work alongside a talented BOH team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Our Ideal Candidate Has Experience At Restaurants Similar To: Full-service casual dining, upscale casual, breweries, steakhouses, seafood restaurants, hotel restaurants, or chef-driven concepts where they've regularly worked grill, sauté, and fry stations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent line cook experience in a full-service restaurant is required
  • Hands-on experience working grill, sauté, and fry stations during busy meal periods
  • Able to cook multiple menu items simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and ticket times
  • Strong understanding of proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices
  • Experience following recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications
  • Works efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic

  • Must be able to pass a required 10-year airport background check
  • Experience limited to fast food, quick-service restaurants, convenience stores, or cafeterias does not meet the experience requirements for this role
