Mission Yogurt is hiring Full-Time Line Cooks for TAPS Fish House & Brewery and Greenleaf Kitchen, located inside John Wayne Airport. We're looking for experienced full-service restaurant line cooks who know how to work a professional kitchen—not fast food. If you've successfully worked grill, sauté, and fry stations in a high-volume full-service restaurant and take pride in cooking quality food with consistency and speed, we'd love to meet you. As a Restaurant Line Cook, you'll prepare menu items to recipe specifications, execute multiple stations during service, maintain food safety standards, and work alongside a talented BOH team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Our Ideal Candidate Has Experience At Restaurants Similar To: Full-service casual dining, upscale casual, breweries, steakhouses, seafood restaurants, hotel restaurants, or chef-driven concepts where they've regularly worked grill, sauté, and fry stations.
