The Restaurant Lead manages daily operations of the entire restaurant, including restaurant appearance, presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to all employees. This role ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances. The Lead demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation, and enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire restaurant. They are responsible for completing all relevant SOPs and Systems in Place, exercising good judgment, and making well-informed decisions. All other duties as assigned.
