About The Position

The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for seamless day-to-day kitchen operations and upholding company standards as a brand ambassador. The role delivers an excellent Guest experience through scratch cooking, artisanal American food, and gourmet burgers. The Kitchen Manager oversees inventory, ordering, and key P&L lines, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Red Robin is a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a laid-back atmosphere and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Ability to obtain certifications or permits required by state or local law.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local and state health codes.
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules.
• Experience managing a team.
