About The Position

As a Shift Manager, you will assist the Manager or be responsible for all aspects of running a great shift. You will execute the daily operations checklists and work station charts to ensure a clean, organized restaurant. You will operate in accordance with established performance, profits, and operating standards. You will supervise and motivate Team Members, maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day, and communicate openly and honestly with subordinates and superiors. This role is responsible for increasing sales and making a profit.

Requirements
