About The Position

Harrison Meadows Country Club is seeking a driven individual for a part-time Restaurant Hostess position. This role is the first and last point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and organized dining experience. The Hostess manages reservations, seating flow, and guest communication while supporting front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service standards. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using the POS or reservation system
Escort guests to tables and present menus in a timely manner
Maintain an accurate seating chart to ensure balanced service among servers
Monitor dining room activity and communicate wait times effectively
Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
Thank guests as they depart and invite them to return
