About The Position
The Restaurant Host at Bazille in Palo Alto greets and seats customers quickly and professionally, shares knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, and helps maintain a positive customer experience. The host may assist with training new employees by reinforcing successful performance and offering help as needed. The role may also support other restaurant areas, including answering telephones, completing financial transactions, stock work, cleanup, and documentation. Hours and schedule vary by week depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
