Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; and objects over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Proficiency in grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and navigate stairs or service ramps.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Safety Orientation: Demonstrates safe work practices and ensures a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Teamwork: Works cooperatively with colleagues to achieve common goals and support the team.
• Dependability: Reliable in attendance, punctuality, and completing assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a cheerful and professional attitude as they enter the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer basic questions about the restaurant and menu offerings
• Assist with reservations and manage the seating chart
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area
• Support restaurant staff with guest needs as necessary
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
