About The Position

Edible Beats, an independent, locally owned, and employee-owned restaurant group, is opening a new concept in the Highlands neighborhood in late spring/early summer 2026. This new restaurant will join their acclaimed Mediterranean concept El Five as a sister restaurant. They are seeking individuals who are passionate about food, hospitality, and life, who view challenges as opportunities and collaboration as a strength. The ideal candidate is a 'real human' who understands the complexities of relationships and is willing to work to navigate the journey. Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining hospitality standards
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operational oversight
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Experience handling guest recovery and conflict resolution professionally
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures consistently
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality, restaurant, or guest service leadership experience preferred
